EVENT POLICIES:
The reservation can be paid in full 180 days before the event
Guarantees the reservation with a minimum deposit of Adult $100 / Child $100.
Final (full) payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
The reservation can be paid by credit card or transfer.
OUR ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES INCLUDES:
Land transfers airport-hotel-airport;
Overnight at the selected hotel;
Hotel taxes;
Meals, drinks, Snacks
Other activities that may be included in the all-inclusive service in each hotel specifically.
If for reasons beyond our control, there are conditions of overselling, availability problems or
others in the selected hotel, with the aim of guaranteeing a quality service, it will be decided to change
hotel to one of a similar or superior category, without this modification generating extra costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be notified in writing and the company's cancellation policies would apply:
If the reservation is not paid in full before 60 days, it will be automatically canceled.
In case of cancellation the initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case a refund is requested, this will be done through your travel agency.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalty will be applied, applicable to the amounts
paid by the client:
From 60 to 89 days before the start of the trip: 25% penalty
From 40 to 59 days before the start of the trip: 50% penalty
From 30 to 45 days before the start of the trip: 75% penalty
From 0 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 100% penalty
OUR “ALL INCLUSIVE” PACKAGES DOES NOT INCLUDES:
Expenses generated by the client outside the "All Inclusive" program offered by the different hotels, such as:
Phone calls.
Mineral water in the room.
Washing and ironing clothes, tips to porters.
Other services such as local guides, etc.
We are not responsible for the expenses generated by the client in the purchase of excursions extras that are not included in your vacation package.
